In the chaotic two-player game Getaway Shooter, you have to race three other players to the finish line. The race is challenging because you have few options and can only move by jumping left or right. Along the way, pick up guns and other weapons to use against the others. I hope that the best player wins!

How to play Getaway Shootout?

Play solo or with a friend

Playing this 2 player g ame with a friend on the same keyboard doubles the excitement. Not able to play with a partner? There is a single-player version of the game. At the start of the game, pick one of the characters and get started.

Jump to get moving

You will be “jumping” in the game, literally. It is challenging to race to the end because of the limited gameplay characteristics, which include left and right ragdoll-like jumps. You’ll quickly see that a flurry of activity results from leaping to the left or right! How long you hold in either direction determines how much you move.

Anything goes

The event consists of multiple rounds, each held at a different location. Pick up upgrades and weapons as you find them as you race to the finish line. On your way to the finish line, attack the other racers with your weapons!

Character and weapons

There are multiple characters to choose from—more than 30 to be exact. Since you are on the run, characters will be armed with weapons including shotguns, sniper guns, bombs, and more to defend themselves against opponents and obstacles.
